Stanley E. Yelverton was a platoon runner in the 28th Division of the 112th Infantry. He was captured November 7, 1944 in Schmidt, Germany during the Battle of the Bulge and was liberated by the Russians in 1945. Yelverton discusses the battle up to the point of his capture and his time as a prisoner of war.
